I always enjoy running into colleagues at Advertising Week. Here’s my quick takeaway.

I saw fewer big brands and many smaller brands. The conversations were about Culture, Brands, Storytelling, and Authenticity, no matter the topic; AI was part of the conversation.

*Bottom line is AI is not going anywhere, and how you use it to tell the story about your brand and your culture will determine how authentic you are to your consumer.

It was a pleasure to support dancers, from beginners to professionals, at the Philadelphia Art Festival this past weekend. I remember the days when I danced at community gatherings; those performances were no less important than any other.

Dancing taught me that when it’s time to perform, you perform. No excuses. You focus and dance like it’s your last performance. Those are the same skills I bring to the workplace: focus, energy, and presence.
