Traditional approaches to change and transformation no longer suffice in a world where disruption has become the norm rather than the exception. Since its inception, Theory U has always been about helping leaders navigate uncertainty – providing frameworks, tools, and approaches for those moments when the path forward isn't clear, when old systems are breaking down, and when new possibilities are yearning to emerge.

For the first time in 5 years, the Presencing Institute is bringing its signature workshop Theory U: Leading Deep Transformation for Business, Society and Self to the US. This past summer, in partnership with the Presencing Institute and the LA County Arts Ed Collective, Insyte facilitated the Art of Leadership workshop series. The series brought together emerging and established leaders from across the ecosystem of arts education in Los Angeles County, all committed to one goal: scaling arts education in a collective impact process rooted in equity and justice.
