The technician was very professional and thorough. He inspected the dryer and identified significant lint and dust buildup in the lint filter and airflow system, which was likely contributing to the dryer taking several hours to dry clothes. He clearly explained the issue and recommended having the dryer vent professionally cleaned since the vent runs inside the wall. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was happening rather than simply recommending a replacement. Great service and very helpful.
