We create impactful engagement opportunities to connect all voices with decision-makers. How We Work:
We talk to people, listen to their ideas, and invite them to be part of important decisions in their cities, towns, states, and regions. Our goal is to bring different opinions together and help make sure everyone plays a part in the decision-making process (we don’t make the final decisions). What We Work On:
We work on gathering public and stakeholder input for plans and studies that shape cities, organizations, parks, trails, buildings, places, transportation, economic development strategies, and more. Where We Work:
We are based in Philadelphia and work up and down the East Coast.

Shout out to all the members of the SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) New Bus Network Street Team! 🙌

Together, we reached almost 26,000 people at 50 different bus stops across Philadelphia to tell them about the changes to the new bus network. Thank you to the Street Team members for putting in the hard work to make it happen!

We partnered with Mpact to design and facilitate the 2026 Pottstown Delegation experience, bringing expertise in strategic engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and translating dialogue into action. This delegation traveled to Toronto, ON, to attend the Mpact Transit + Community Conference last week.

🌟ANNOUNCEMENT: We have a new website! Have you seen it yet? The website has been completely overhauled to better communicate information about our services and projects, to visitors of all types in both English and Spanish. We worked with Butterland, a design team familiar with the Philadelphia landscape. They helped make our site not only functional, but reflect our vibrant personality.

10 days, 100 pop-ups, and nearly 10,000 interactions - what a start for the SEPTA New Bus Network Street Team!

Look for the team decked out in blue Ambassador vests at a bus stop near you! This month they're popping up at over 40 locations across the city to tell riders about route changes as we officially roll into the New Bus Network starting August 23.

PAID OPPORTUNITY! We are building a Philadelphia Street Team to share with riders about changes coming in SEPTA’s New Bus Network.

We want to place team members in neighborhoods they already live in and know well, and are in need of applicants with connections to Kensington and Old City.

💰 Pay: Total base of $3,712.50 (English) or $4,657.50 (Bilingual: Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic). Plus a free SEPTA keycard!

📍 Local: Work right in your own city. Team members will be placed in their own neighborhoods where possible.

🗓️ Timeline: 21 days mostly between August 1st – August 30th, 2026 with some pop-ups rescheduled into September due to inclement weather.
