Out for Business is Wharton's Graduate Division lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer professional and social club providing a network for MBA and PhD students, faculty, and staff. We strive to maintain an open and accepting environment for all Wharton students, and count more than 400 dedicated straight allies among our members. Out4Biz provides an opportunity to network with other LGBT
professionals and to connect with companies across the globe. We interact with other business schools, Wharton alumni, and the communities of Penn and Philadelphia to impact our community beyond Wharton. Both Wharton and the University of Pennsylvania are widely recognized as leaders in LGBT inclusion. Wharton ranked #1 in Aplomb Consulting's Report on the LGBT-Friendliness of the Nation's Top Business Schools and the Advocate Magazine ranked the University of Pennsylvania as one of the 20 most LGBT-friendly campuses.
