To Our Valued Customers

We have heard from many of you over the past few weeks with your comments regarding the status of your operations and the importance of CW Thomas to your supply chain. We want to inform you that as of Saturday March 21st, the State of Pennsylvania designated our manufacturing facility as an essential life-saving/enhancing business and as of to¬day’s date we are still exempt from the state’s mandated list of businesses that have been required to close.
We also continue to follow closely the on-site employee safety guidelines and monitoring procedures to reduce the risk and spread of the virus in compliance with CDC regulations.
In summary, it remains our intention to maintain full production and shipping capabilities as long as we are legally allowed and the risk to our employee’s well-being remains low. We greatly value your business and while we cannot predict the rapidly changing environment, we pledge to inform you as quickly as possible if there are any changes in our operation status.
