We are a Pennsylvania based government relations, public affairs and campaign management firm with a diverse, 100% minority ownership of the enterprise with a long history of civic engagement, political involvement
and over 50 years of combined government experience. By working closely with both Republicans and Democrats alike, Luminous has been able to forge broad and meaningful relationships through developing synergies on both sides of the isle. Luminous is especially skilled at building consensus and buy in from divergent groups that often don’t share immediate self-interests at first blush.
