Making meatballs are an Italian American rite of passage 🇮🇹🇺🇸 Sunday Family Dinner is such an important part of our culture and I love sharing our family recipes and keeping these traditions alive 🍝
• 1Ib of beef & 1 Ib of sausage OR you can do 2 lbs of BVP (beef veal pork)
• 4 eggs
• 1.5 cups of pecorino
• 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
• handful of fresh parsley
• S+P
• clove of freshly grated garlic or garlic powder
Combine all together and roll into 2.5ish oz balls
Get a pan hot and add EVOO
Add your meatballs and flip after a minute-llike to cook on all sides but not too much
Add to your sauce and cook on low for a few hours stirring occasionally
