Kimberly was labeled as the “Angry black woman” that never forgives the family. Let’s talk about it…. She had every right to be angry with her family. Her mama KNEW she was SA at 12 years old by her uncle and did nothing about it. Maturing is questioning how Kimberly’s husband didn’t recognize how traumatized she was. Tammy in fact was jealous of Kimberly for her to bring up her trauma in front of everybody at the family dinner as if it was Kimberly’s fault. This happens too much in the black community we’re taught to be quiet and brush everything under the rug.
