A little personal project that I have been working on. Check out how dirty Philadelphia can be. Who cares? Who wants to help?
Walking north on 46th street to the Market-Frankford Line, you will see trash everywhere. Potato chip bags, tires, soda bottles, condom wrappers, liquor bottles, pieces of paper. It poses the question "Who cares?"
Where is the pride that Philadelphia citizens have in their city? I sure don't see it. How can someone throw trash on the ground without caring? This is not the only spot in Philadelphia that is like this.
There is a Philly Spring Clean Up that takes place on April 13th. Why is there only one day? Why is it so bad that at the clean up last year they collected 1,000,940 POUNDS of trash?
