The tee footing has deflected the height of one CMU block due to excessive water drainage issues over time. The Wood wall is floating. The gap will be cleaned out and filled with formed non shrink grout. Then, perimeter push pin pilings. The inside slab will be removed and replaced as well..

Undisclosed location, south Philly. A single 4” party wall discovered above an existing rear egress butler alley. The wall will need to be exposed from one side, then repaired and stiffened to act as one. Then the alley joists will be strengthened before adding the missing 4 inch layer of masonry. The added layer will restore the original intent, stability, and necessary fire rating.

Undisclosed location, southwest Philly, woodland Avenue. While this illegal rear addition is atop an existing foundation, the walls are set too low. All sheathing must come off and be replaced. And, a perimeter concrete curb wall to protect against moisture and termites will be required. A makeshift ladder helped to reduce the amount of mud on us. We love dirt!
