Undisclosed location, Cinnaminson, NJ - meeting with GC for steel girder installation. About 8 men will manhandle this beam into place for final jacking and setting.

Bolt and post anchor testing via a torque wrench. This is for extendable exhaust arms within the SEPTA Penn Street bus facility.

We can do large and small scale demo. This is the demo of the former arway linen commercial dry cleaning facility. Demo package as well as sidewalk closure. This was necessitated by a fire. 1600 block east Foulkrod Street.

Undisclosed location- northeast Philly. A new mult-family apartment building foundation. New cast in place concrete foundation walls- poured against an old cinderblock one story shell. No back side form. This gc had a blowout and kept working. Now we have a mess. We are working on phase one which is shoring and select demo to safely determine the correct limits of wall repair. Thank god that no one was killed. This contractor should be hung!

Undisclosed location - Roxborough. This apartment building owner was not happy when we told him that all balconies must come down. All 32 of them. They will be replaced with a structure mounted Juliet railing in front of each slider. Years of stucco layering has hidden the blooming of original rebar and mesh inside, thus causing enlarged, distorted, and sagging cantilever balconies. It all about controlling water.

North Philly- just one example of a poorly installed post anchor. Now all of them must be reset throughout. This location is a last stud tie in to the original masonry shell corner. More importantly, though, are the ledgers supporting new joist lines. Thank god that the walls were not closed in.
