The Complete Solutions Group is proud to announce the addition of Patrick F. Gannon to our team. Mr. Gannon brings over 35 years of distinguished federal service, with extensive experience in law enforcement operations at the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security. His expertise spans public safety, administration, budgeting, technology, facility and project management, and strategic planning.
A visionary leader and multifaceted integrator, Mr. Gannon is recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams, drive mission success through data-informed decision-making, and lead complex operations to achieve organizational goals. His leadership has been instrumental in the modernization of business processes and the transformation of workplaces to meet evolving mission demands.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gannon has demonstrated a people-centered and team-oriented leadership style. He excels at fostering communication, mentoring teams, and cultivating strong networks and partnerships. His commitment to public safety and operational excellence has earned him recognition and respect across the law enforcement community. He is regarded as a subject matter expert in numerous areas of public safety and continues to lend his expertise to emerging and transformative projects.
Prior to his retirement from federal service, Mr. Gannon served as the Director of the National Criminal Analysis and Targeting Center (NCATC) for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Williston, Vermont.
Mr. Gannon also held the position of Deputy Director and Chief of Staff at the Law Enforcement Support Center, where he led strategic planning and operational support for more than 13,000 federal, state, local, and international law enforcement agencies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gannon served as Deputy Assistant Regional Director for the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Serviceβs (INS) Office of Investigations. He held several other key leadership roles, including Senior Special Agent, Supervisory Special Agent for INS and ICE Office of Investigations, and Deputy Director of ICEβs Fugitive Operations Support Center.
His law enforcement journey began in the late 1980s in Boston, Massachusetts, within the Detention, Deportation, and Parole Division. Over the years, he served in a variety of roles including Immigration Inspector on the Northern Border, Deportation Officer, Supervisory Detention & Deportation Officer, Officer in Charge, HQ Program Manager, and instructor for the first National Fugitive Operations Program.
Mr. Gannon holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His extensive operational and leadership experience make him a valuable asset to The Complete Solutions Group, as we continue to expand our capabilities and support for national and international security and enforcement initiatives.
