Let me share something real with y’all.

This week, someone broke my “Open/Closed” sign in half. Not knocked it over. Broke it. Then, I found a crumpled-up note left right at my door about parking — a note I did not write, but clearly someone thought I did.

The message felt intentional. Like someone wanted me to feel a little unsafe. A little watched. A little bothered.

Then it was casually mentioned that maybe the note “just blew there.”
Let me say this gently: I know energy when I feel it. And this felt like a warning wrapped in paper and petty.

But in my meditation this rising, I asked my spirit team for protection. I said, “Shield me, guide me, and remind me who I am.”

And guess what was at my studio door when I arrived?

🪶 A grey feather.

That was the message I needed. That was my confirmation. I am protected. This space is covered. My purpose is bigger than petty.

To whoever meant harm — may you heal.
To those standing with me — I see you.
And to myself — you didn’t come this far to fold.

Today, I move forward covered, called, and grounded.

Because what I’m not about to do… is quit.

If you’ve ever had a Yoni or Lingam steam with me, you know we always end with a mirror exercise. And if you’ve experienced it, you know—it changes the game. That moment in the mirror allows you to truly see yourself… where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going.

But here’s something I don’t always share—my own mirror moments sometimes show up when I least expect them.

I call them “bad eye days.”
They sneak up on me: eyes aching, sensitive to light, sometimes even swelling. When that happens, I have no choice but to rest. Eyes closed. World paused.

And in that stillness, something beautiful happens. Even without a mirror, I reflect. I remember. I realign.

I’m reminded that my eyes are the windows to my soul. That they are precious. That I’ve been pushing too hard. That it’s time to slow down and come back to me.

So whether your reflection comes from a mirror or a moment of stillness, I hope you give yourself permission to pause.

Take care of you.
Reflect on where you’ve been.
Honor where you are.
And trust where you’re going.
