SunUp America believes in providing the highest customer service to all of our customers. We are a Solar and HVAC company serving the entire State of Arizona, based out of Phoenix, AZ. Our company is growing and looking for the newest member of the team.
Customer Service Ambassador Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
The Customer Service Ambassador will act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving developing challenges that our clients might face with precision and competence.
Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
Handel high amounts of incoming calls.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Respond to incoming communication via telephone, text, email, and instant messaging service.
Respond to and resolve any review challenges.
Assist Department Director as assigned
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Working in Phoenix near the airport, public transportation is close to the office. Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do offer an hour lunch based on the office needs of the day.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Solar experience or knowledge is prepared but not required.
Knowledge of Arizona, Nevada, Texas
Strong documentation skills
Ability to analyze information
Multi-tasking
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED
Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus
Previous experience, especially in Customer Service and Solar
