Here’s a look at how we torched the lumber. This was our method of “Sugi Ban” on Pine. The guys really had a kick working on this project, it’s always fun to learn new ways to make our customers dreams come true

Have a walk thru this wild Airstream that Kara designed. We applied the Japanese sugi ban method of charring wood to give some character and she picked the other interior finishes and layout. We installed new electrical, plumbing, tanks, solar, AC, vents, and the big bathroom! Now it’s her turn to paint and finish the inside, we are exited to see this completed!

We still build bar, coffee, and vending trailers. Give us a shout if you have a dream business idea!

Here’s a few pics of the 2024 Airstream Caravel countertop update. The customer was disappointed how the factory laminate countertop was de-laminating and asked if we could build a new Corian counter. It looks better, feels better, and is much more durable!

These little Caravel Airstreams need upgrades too! The factory laminate top was delaminating around the edges and sink area, so we built them a new Corian kitchen counter. No more problems!

We just wrapped up another powered loveseat conversion and storage cabinet under the TV. Of course all factory matched laminate and Corian counters. We also fixed the rear AC while it was here. Let us know if you need a quote! Cheers.

Oh, the places you’ll go! We love seeing photos on the road. Just last week this new Airstream Tradewind was here at the shop for some interior updates, and now they are in the wild enjoying the coast!
