(GREEN house cleaning has been my primary profession for the last 14 or so years... posted here partly so that you who are interested in hiring me to teach you to grow your own food know what I've been doing IN ADDITION TO growing my own food and building websites.)
If you live in Phoenix and want to rack up discounts by referring your friends who live in Phoenix, this slightly longer video might be the best one to share.
And to clarify... If more than one of your friends hires me for green house cleaning or consulting, I'll gladly combine the discounts from all of them to your next cleaning or consulting purchase: 10% off of yours for each of them.

Are you a busy professional in Phoenix near to zip code 85020 and who needs a monthly house cleaner but have struggled to find the right one--a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy solo GREEN cleaner who uses low-toxicity products and knows how to preserve the value of your home?
You probably already know that many house cleaners steal (I've heard many horror stories from my customers of their past experiences with other companies, but my customers know me as trustworthy), don't show up on the day/s they said they were going to (showing zero respect for a schedule), do half the work they said they were going to, do shoddy work, aren't very hygienic (I have heard three stories now from customers of other companies using only three cleaning cloths for the entire house and going from floor to countertops), work slowly, use toxic chemicals, don't speak English, transfer mold to the sinks by using the same pair of gloves in every home and every sink and every toilet, and/or damage homes (including wood flooring and refrigerators).
But I have been award-winning with many five-star reviews from near the start of my business at the tail end of 2010!
Because I work solo, whole house cleanings can take 6-8ish hours (with the first cleaning usually taking 1-2 days). And it's best that I tackle homes less than 2800 square feet.
Finally I've raised my rate, but I'm getting positive feedback on that.
While I was putting cards on houses a few days ago and speaking with home owners who live near me in zip code 85020 of Phoenix, one of of them said this to my now slightly increased rate of $45/hour for 5+ hour cleanings and $50/hour for 2-hour cleanings: NOT BAD AT ALL.
And a customer of mine (husband of a surgeon) has said I'm worth $45/hour for the longer cleanings because I do great work.
Plus, all but one of my customers understands my need for a cancellation policy (e.g., paying for other work while they are traveling, paying for the house cleaning anyway, or having me cleaning for them anyway). Please be one of the ones who understands if you contact me for service. I need steady income even while you are traveling or sick, and I do my part to almost never get sick. And I never travel.
All of that said... I have LITTLE availability. So, if you want a monthly slot for a full-home cleaning (or mostly full home) and have a mostly clean and tidy home with little rust, mold, greasy buildup, or dust, let's talk soon!
If you don't need monthly help but only a little bit of help on my "days off", you are ALSO free to contact me the evening before to see if I have availability the following day (e.g., on a muscle recovery day off when I'm usually doing computer work, phone work, or running errands) for a partial cleaning of 2 or more hours. I always have my phone on silent, though, so I may not see your call immediately. Email is also good.
