She is the Former CEO & Franchisor of VJUV MedSpa, where she led the company’s expansion from three corporate locations into a 13-unit franchise system spanning medical aesthetics, pelvic health clinics, and wellness-based medspa models. Under her leadership, Erica lead the entire company and franchise platform including the national marketing infrastructure transforming VJUV into a scalable, investment-grade brand positioned for regional and national growth. Erica also co-founded Pain Recovery Studio, a wellness and recovery brand focused on non-invasive pain management and performance recovery and successfully exited the business after building its operational and revenue foundation. Previously, Erica bought her license to operate Arizona as a Franchisee with Franchise Creator, where she sourced, qualified, and closed franchise investors for multiple emerging and established brands, helping accelerate nationwide expansion. Today, Erica operates as an Independent Franchise Broker and Strategic Franchise Developer, where she connects qualified franchise investors with high-performing franchise systems while advising founders on franchise design, valuation, capital strategy, and scalable growth.
