🚨 I’M LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED XACTIMATE ESTIMATOR — PHOENIX, AZ 🚨
Restoration professionals — I need your help!
I’m looking for an experienced third-party Xactimate estimator in the Phoenix Metro area who can:
✅ Write professional, detailed Xactimate estimates
✅ Walk properties and document damages
✅ Work directly with insurance adjusters
✅ Handle estimate questions, revisions, and negotiations
✅ Understand restoration scopes, pricing, and documentation
✅ Work independently and represent our company professionally
You MUST have your own Xactimate.
I’m not looking for someone who simply writes estimates.
I’m looking for someone who can walk the property, understand the scope, build the estimate, communicate with the adjuster, and help get the file across the finish line.
Why?
Because I want to spend my time doing what I do best — building relationships, meeting referral partners, networking, and growing Restoration Brothers.
This would be third-party, project-based work, making it a great opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants flexibility.
