Looking for a young helper who’s willing to learn a trade!

I’m looking for a motivated young man (16–20ish, depending on availability and work eligibility) who isn’t afraid of hard work and wants to learn the HVAC trade.

Starting pay is $15/hour. At first, you’ll mainly be helping me:
• Carry tools and materials
• Set up ladders
• Keep the work area clean
• Hand me tools
• Learn how professional HVAC service is done

This isn’t just a temporary helper position. If you show up on time, work hard, and have a good attitude, I’ll teach you the trade and there’s an opportunity to grow into an HVAC apprenticeship.

No experience is necessary. I’d rather train someone with a great attitude than hire someone who thinks they already know everything.

A career in the trades can provide an excellent living without taking on massive college debt. I was fortunate enough to build my career in HVAC, and I’d like to help someone else get that same opportunity.
