I always say this to my clients who insist on running things with AI too soon.

Before you jump on the AI bandwagon, make sure what you're automating is already a proven process or system.

Otherwise you're just overcomplicating something that isn't even established yet (learned this the hard way)

Build the system first.
Then automate it.

AI's not going anywhere. You've got time.
