I find so much joy in the opportunity to serve incredible Visionary leaders like Dr. Whitney Weiner. She leads with her whole heart and is fully committed to her people and the care they provide patients. Like many other dental group CEO’s she has been guilty of carrying too much and wearing too many hats. Just 30 days into our program this team is already making big decisions, sharing the work, asking critical questions and challenging the status quo. I took a 3 hour nap before noon today to recover from all the fun from the DEO - Dentist Entrepreneur Organization Fall Summit.

Really valuable content from the speakers. What I loved was the shared experience and open discussion about the good things and the bad things about being a dental entrepreneur. People were really open, honest and vulnerable and we all left feeling connected, empowered and part of a community.

The vendors and sponsors showed up in amazing ways. They brought excitement, energy and support and are just as much a part of this community as the dentists and teams. It’s just a different relationship in this community- they help us grow and we help them grow. I’m really proud to be a part of that.

Here are a few of my favorite moments:
🤍 Being back in person. The energy was incredible.
🤍 Attending as a new Partner of the DEO and feeling so honored and proud to be on this team.
🤍 Announcing the Dental Operating System and a little sneak peek to the audience.
🤍Sharing the joyFULL Life Plan- our new tool with people.
🤍 Seeing so many clients IN PERSON, IN THE SAME PLACE.
🤍 Speaking on a live stage about the importance of teams by sharing the stories of the teams I’ve worked with.
🤍 Seeing individuals like Lacy who I’ve had the opportunity to mentor take massive steps to grow their career.
🤍Reconnecting with old friends.
🤍Eric’s closing keynote and the power from embracing the darkness we all go through.
🤍Getting to know the DEO team and watch them in their genius- this is the most organized, value packed event in the industry and the ones behind the scenes are the real hero of this story.
🤍Being with my new partners in person and connecting with them in deeper ways.
🤍Recognizing and appreciating I am exactly where I need to be.

Our next big Summit is in June in Scottsdale. I’m already excited.
