Cruising into a new year. But first, let’s reflect on this current year…

I don’t wait to go into a new year to reflect on the past. So, I’ve spent some time this month evaluating it from all angles. As a result, I have made a few discoveries.

1. It was a personal growth year for me, sometimes exhilarating and other times tumultuous.

2. The label coach is very illusive and dangerous.

3. I did fewer social media and achieved the exact expectations and goals for my business.

4. Small business owners, including me, need more help than ever to be profitable.

5. A Leadership and Strategy mindset are key areas for success and ultimately ignored.

Although she saw the value of completing the purchase, we must now prepare for clients questioning the purpose, value, and worth of our services and homecare items.
