You're paying for more than the haul.
The haul charge is the part every hauler quotes. It's usually not the part that moves your bill.
Fuel recovery, environmental, admin, tonnage overage, rental days past the free window — that's where the money actually goes. None of it shows up on a quote. It only shows up on the invoice.
So here's the offer
Send me your most recent invoice and I'll send back a written breakdown — what every line item is, whether it's normal for this market, and what the same service runs with us.
One business day. No charge, no obligation.
Why it's worth 60 seconds: I'm not putting my quote next to somebody else's quote. I'm putting my number next to your actual bill, with all the fees already on it. That's the only comparison that means anything.
And if your company is already in good shape, I'll tell you that. I'd rather be the guy you call next year than the guy who talked you into a switch you regretted.
What I need:
All pages of your most recent hauling invoice — including the fine print on the back
Or your service agreement, if that's easier to put your hands on
A phone photo is fine. It does not need to be a clean PDF.
It stays with me. I don't contact your current hauler, and I don't share your numbers with anyone.
