If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I use essential oils. A LOT of them. They were the first thing I turned to when I was diagnosed with breast cancer because they gave me a sense of control. Love this reminder from !! It’s - take a moment a do a breast self check. If I wouldn’t have been doing these checks religiously, I wouldn’t have caught the lump in my right breast. Don’t know how to do a self check? YouTube has great videos. Seriously, I beg you, stop and do one now! ❤️🎀

This gift set with a delivery gown, baby gown and hat, minky blanket and burp cloths and a matching big sister tunic was one of the first projects I completed after my surgery. The sweet mama Robyn shared photos with me of baby Holly’s big day-don’t they all look adorable?!? 😍

Finally home from the event in Nashville and was flipping through pictures with my boys when I realized I forgot to post this one. It's a fave for so many reasons. I mean duh, it's and me, but Deborah Price Evans is in the background (in stripes-look up her work 😍) and snapped the photo for us. The people we met were such amazing people. My heart needed to connect with all these smart, strong women (and Chris, not to leave him out). To talk and share our lives and forget that I have some wonky stuff going on health-wise. It truly was a gift. Bridgestone, your people and company are top notch, thank you. ❤️❤️❤️

Learned a crazy set of statistics at our education session this morning. They reported that only 35% of women (and only 20% of millennial men AND women) know how to change a tire. 😳. Whaaaat?!? We're about to test some Drive Guard tires (ones you can drive for 50 miles even if they're flat) in these super cool BMW's. 😍 So dish- do you know how to change your tire if it goes flat?

Woot woot, my drains from my double mastectomy/axillary dissection are all gone and just in time for my trip to tomorrow with !! She's hauling me along to this amazing event where we get to see what's new and exciting with their tires. 🙌🏼
This event is such an honor to be invited to, mainly because 20 years ago when my dad was battling pancreatic cancer, he worked for Bridgestone/Firestone and they treated him so incredibly well. Ever since, my family has faithfully had Bridgestone tires on our cars because how they treated our family. So to get to with them? Amazing. Diana had no idea when she invited me, and it makes it all that more special. It's like my dad is smiling down from above. He loved working for them. ❤️

For those of you that follow along on , you already know, but back at the end of August I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer. It's been crazy over the past couple of months, and on Wednesday I went through a double mastectomy with some lymph node dissection. I never saw this coming, but am so grateful that I found the lump during my monthly self check. I would never wish this on anyone, so please, take care of yourselves!! Eat healthy foods, exercise, lessen your toxin load and FEEL THOSE B***S. I can't stress that enough. One in eight of us will be diagnosed with this crap disease in our lifetime (11% of us prior to the age of 45 and that number is growing), so instead of trying to find a cure, how about we try and PREVENT it instead? Watch for some videos on the YouTube channel coming soon!

This is so perfect...the mama that named the Hailey gown sent me this photo. She wore her gown for the delivery of both her girls and then had a friend make a gorgeous throw pillow out of the gown for each of her girls' room! This is such a great idea, we'll be adding a listing to the shop for the same service (monogramming and all). Thank you Hailey for sharing!! ❤️❤️

Anyone?

Do you recognize that sleeper on that gorgeous little on the left. The light pink one with darker pink flowers? Is it in the back of a closet somewhere? You could immensely help a grieving mama.

That little girl passed away and her mom is desperately seeking that sleeper in 9 months or larger.

I found about it through a friend of the mom who has offered to pay shipping for anyone that is willing to send it.

Sleeper was made in 2015 and mom has checked with the manufacturer (Carter's) and they no longer have any at all so last chance is for someone to stumble upon this that has the sleeper and would part with it.

That moment when you find a super cool XL tee in the girls department at that fits, but then you realize you need one that says "Hot, Pulled-in-a-Million-Directions, Stressed Out, Mess". That one's probably in the women's area, right? 😳😭😭😂😂
