Still not over this day..
Motherhood is beautiful and chaotic, messy and treasured, and can be hard to handle at times but it is always worth it.

STORYTIME 🫨
⠀
You know how we were talking about track safety? And how important it is?
⠀
Yeahhhhhh this is why.
⠀
So this track (built up from nothing in the middle of the fairgrounds) was slick, unforgiving and a beast if you hit the section wrong.
⠀
Pair that with a set of absolutely chopped out whoops and you end up with a big bike and a rider losing control… RIGHT at me.
⠀
Thankfully I was in a good spot in between sections, saw him coming and ran to my left side out of the way. But both myself and the sweep/flagger running to the right had a good laugh and sigh of relief when we realized we WERENT about to be pancaked.
⠀
Whether you’re spectating or documenting at the races, make sure you know the safe spots to be and have an exit strategy… just in case 😬

Sometimes it’s just a photo..
And sometimes it’s a mom losing her mind in the background over her little girl putting on her mom’s prom dress and telling the story of mom and dad falling in love all over again.
⠀
I’ll never get tired of listening 🥰🥰 I swear it makes ordinary life more magical when you look through the eyes of others

What’s your favorite way to prepare for a race?
⠀
Some people follow a workout program..
Some people focus on nutrition and proper fuel…
Some people try to mentally map out the day…
Some people do a combination of everything…
Some people just show up and ride.
⠀
However you prep, I know you’re ready for that gate drop. And I’ll be waiting 😉

The days are long but the years are short. Here’s to many many more moments to love on.
⠀
This mama was so close to her due date (only a week away) and so gorgeous in every dress she put on during our content day. Thank you so much for sharing these moments with all of us 🥰

Here’s your reminder today to appreciate the little moments, celebrate the big ones, and honor yourself in every stage of life.
⠀
As a mama to 11 angel babies and two beautiful girls earthside, documenting maternity and childhood milestones at every stage means so much to me and I want you to love what you see too. You deserve the photos, and one day you’ll show your little one “this is when you were in mamas tummy” while soaking up the cuddles.
⠀
To all the mamas with babies in their hearts or in their arms, I see you and I’m sending you so much love

Still have two more weeks of spooky season left and I have limited spots still available on October 24th and 25th. Guaranteed to get at least sneak peaks back before Halloween.
⠀
Also able to do fall themed family and couples sessions those dates as well before we switch over all the studios to Christmas and holiday sets!
