Strategic Leadership

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required)

MBA or equivalent preferred

10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience

Prior public company CFO experience

Multi-unit retail/dealership experience required

Proven track record in change management and organizational improvement
