NOW IS THE TIME! The deadline to register to vote in the November 5th Election is approaching. You have until October 7th to register to vote. This is YOUR chance to have YOUR voice heard!

Think your vote doesn't matter? Does anyone remember the Primary Election race for Congressional District 3? It was decided by 39 votes. Of course I believe the right candidate won, but 39 is a little too close for comfort.

Jennifer Toth is a former Deputy Director and State Engineer at Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and served as the FIRST Female Director of the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCCOT) since 2014. While I may be planning a zoning nerd - transportation plays a HUGE part in our communites. I am hopeful the full Senate will approve this appointment.

Incredibly sad news out of Goodyear. She was a force, she was at no loss for words and she led Goodyear to greatness. She will be missed and I am honored to have worked with her even for a very short time.

It is with a very heavy heart that we share with you the passing of Mayor Georgia Lord. Mayor Lord’s legacy will live on for generations and she will be missed tremendously.
