We are seeing more children, struggling with weight-related health concerns than ever before— things like blood sugar, imbalances, early signs of cardiovascular strain, and metabolic dysfunction. Recent data from the world obesity Federation suggests that within the next 15 years, over 500 million children worldwide could be living with overweight or obesity— that’s about one and four kids globally. But here’s the part that matters the most.. this isn’t something that gets solved in a quick doctors visit or a one time conversation. Families need real, practical— guidance that fits into every day life: how to nourish their child without overwhelmed how to support blood sugar and energy how sleep, stress, and gut health all.
