3. Thomas hosted the Sandbox Networking event at Sunflower Cremation & Burial is Mesa.

During the nomination process, Dylan was noted for his phenomenal customer service. In fact, over the past few months, he played a vital role in bringing on a few new clients. Never afraid to ask a clarifying question, his communication with management and clients stood out during the nomination process.

In addition to his work with clients, Dylan was also praised for his dependability, willingness to help others, and habit of staying until the job is done. Dylan’s flexibility and work ethic make him an excellent team player, well deserving of this award.

This past weekend, Research For Life had the privilege of supporting an advanced medical training lab focused on above-the-knee and above-the-elbow amputation techniques, including additional soft tissue work used to prepare and place skin flaps.

While complex, this type of hands-on education is critical.
Procedures like these require skill, precision, and practice, because when surgeons are faced with life-changing injuries, preparation matters.

The old saying is true: practice leads to perfection.
Through the generous gift of whole-body donation, medical professionals can refine techniques, build confidence, and continue advancing patient care in ways that simply cannot be learned from books alone.

It is because of our donors that this important work can happen, helping improve outcomes and quality of life for patients now and in the future.
