Please take a moment to share this message and let’s get John Register his medal back! Attended the Chapter meeting at the NSA-AZ- The Voice of the Professional Speaker in Arizona yesterday and had the pleasure of hearing John’s story. Amazing story of resilience and tenacity! Let’s find his silver medal!

What an amazing time I had with Arizona chapter. The energy was great. New CPAE Kristin Arnold was in the house as well as and . I enjoyed meeting everyone who was willing to come out and invest in their dreams.

Alas. I had a small mishap. After the event my host Dan took me to store number 6306. Somewhere between our meal and the car, the jacket I am wearing in the photo was misplaced or taken. My silver medal was in the pocket. I hope I’m wrong- but I’m also hoping those in the Phoenix area will use their social networks to see if the jacket will turn back up with the medal. No accusations. Just would like to see if anyone has seen it or…can search the nearby pawn shops for the medal. :-).

📣 Attention, savvy shoppers! 👀✨ Let's dive into a current trend that's been making 🌊 waves
Companies subtly tweaking the size, service, or offering-LESS of whatever…and charging MORE. Now, here's an area where we all need to stay aware. 🚨

Here’s my world of caffeine addiction and passion for a good iced tea… Looks like same package on the store shelf, the prices have been climbing (as are prices for everything), and I gladly purchase this fantastic sweet nectar I could consume via a mainline IV! (Are you feeling the level of my iced tea addiction? 😂)

Is it just me?? Or have🤔
you been thinking to yourself… this used to last so much longer? I’m I using more? Did I forget that I used something all up? Am I crazy?? (Ok, no remarks from my children or close friends😂)
Well the truth stood tall in my fridge when I put away the bottles I had just purchased next to the ones that APPEARED to be the same product. (Purchased at same store, same shelf space, similar price as a few weeks before)…. BUT a very small change that I never would have noticed except it was not the same as the last couple bottles I had left from the last purchase!

shape seems identical but contains 1 oz less 📦🤔 Sneaky, right? But is it manipulation or simply business survival?
Well, here's the thing… people are creatures of habit. We want to TRUST those companies and people they do business with and buy the products & services they 💕 love… I immediately felt deceived! Tricked! Manipulated!

Navigate this changing market with integrity! Get good at the “thing”… be the best and authentically set the prices and be up front

Unless you are serving iced tea addicts like myself who got over this sneaky survival profit tactic quickly… served chilled over ice on my patio!!
Ok, back on topic…Understand that Consumers do not like SNEAKY tactics, and that combined with a mediocre service or product could equal a death sentence… ⚠️
So, my friends, whether your “thing” is a beverage, product, or service; be the best at the “thing”, be authentic and charge what you are worth🔑💡
Be better than average, break that bell curve! Proudly establish the price point and live up to the investment the customer makes🌟💪

How you wear your hat should be required in the employee onboarding. Are your customers, clients, or patients feeling like they are being greeted by a serial killer? The only thing this young man said in the entire exchange was “yes” when he initially walked up to the counter. As an owner or manager, this type of behavior is a coachable moment for sure. Every time I’ve opened the lunch meat since then, I’m reminded of this experience…creeped out. We must remember it ALL matters. From the hat, the name tag, the cleanliness of the garment, to the shoes. It ALL matters. should take a field trip to the Scottsdale store on Shea and 96th. I hope to see him again and crack through the black veil of gloom, my attempts on my last visit were not very successful 😉. New opportunities next week!
