Heather relocated to Portugal in 2021 and her focus is on assisting US and Canadian expats on relocating consulting, research and real estate advice on a personalized basis. Heather chooses to work with only a few clients at a time to be able to truly give them each the attention they deserve and she also works with an Assistant who is native Portuguese and a huge asset to the relocation process!

Previously Heather was the Managing Broker of DPR Realty and taught Continuing Education classes, audited agent files and took calls from 1150 agents when they need Broker assistance. Heather was Director of Commercial and Tru Realty and an Associate Broker at eXp Realty and HomeSmart Elite in the Phoenix Arizona area for over 25 years of experience and lots of testimonials on LinkedIn. Prior to 1992 Heather lived in Barrington Illinois and attended Northern Illinois University. Barrington is a Chicago suburb and much of her teenage years were spent in the city.

I enjoy teaching CE classes, supporting new agents through extensive self-created training classes, in addition to handling Broker calls 7 days a week for the whole company.

Licensed for over 20 years and a Broker for the last 17, I worked as the Designated Broker of Firm Properties from it's inception & brought over a decade in residential real estate sales experience to the table before it's merger with Sandra Wilken Luxury Homes. Prior to that, I worked at John Hall & Associates for seven years in the residential market & also served as the Assistant Sales Manager & an agent at New Home Information Center located in Chandler. I was responsible for training, educating and managing an office of 23 agents. I also owned and managed three single family rental properties during that time.
