Please join us for a one-day community gathering for our Breast to Womb Healing Event on Saturday, January 24, 2026! We are so excited for our speakers and healers to provide their knowledge in movement, ancestral nutrition, breast and pelvic floor health.

Registration is now open! We will close when we reach capacity and notify those that have registered. Food will be offered for morning and lunch.

🌿 This is a safe space for those that identify as Native American/Alaska Native/Pacific Islander/Indigenous & our Two-Spirit relatives.

An early session will be offered at 7 a.m. for yoga movement and breath work, so bring your mats! We will start our event at 8:30 a.m. with an opening prayer and grounding.

We are so excited to announce that we will be offering the 🍓 Zaagi'idiwin Indigenous Full Spectrum Doula Training January 12-15, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona!
We are accepting 30 participants, and there is no cost to attend. This four-day, in-person training will include culturally safe, trauma-informed approaches and teachings from across the life spectrum. Participants will gain tangible strategies to support Indigenous life experiences in meaningful and practical ways.
This training is offered to those who identify as Indigenous/Native American.We welcome our Two Spirit relatives! 🌈
*Must be Arizona resident.

As we celebrate our Country's Birthday, let us remind ourselves that we are a young Country, and enduring our adolescent growing pains.

Allow us to overcome our humanistic short memories and remind ourselves of the twists and turns of our Country's development, to include the land and the backs it was built upon; the labor and lives of those who have historically been marginalized and overshadowed by what is popular.

Also allow us to remind ourselves of the times we've pulled together as a Nation, as proud citizens during times of National despair.

Birthdays are great times for reflection.
