About Elevate Roofing Pros:
We're building Arizona's most trusted roofing company by developing exceptional people and holding ourselves to a higher standard. We believe trust is earned through action, excellence is built through discipline, and great companies are built by great people
Our Why:
The roofing industry has earned a reputation for broken promises, poor communication, and contractors who disappear when things get difficult. We believed homeowners deserved better. Not better marketing. Not better sales tactics. Better people. Elevate Roofing Pros was founded on the belief that trust should be the foundation of every customer relationship. Our mission is not simply to install roofs. Our mission is to elevate the standard of what homeowners and businesses should expect when working with a contractor. Our Vision:
To Build Arizona's Most Trusted Roofing Company. Not the biggest. Not the cheapest. The most trusted. Trust is earned through honest communication, accountability, craftsmanship, and doing what you say you're going to do. Our Mission:
Elevating People. Raising Standards. We believe exceptional customer experiences begin with exceptional people. When our people grow, our customers benefit. When our standards rise, our industry improves. Roofing is what we do. People are what we develop. Our Core Values:
1. Honor the Commitment: We say what we do and do what we say. Our word matters. Trust is built through consistent action and accountability.
2. Pursue Growth: We seek feedback, embrace challenges, and commit to becoming better every day. Growth requires humility, honesty, and a willingness to learn.
3. Raise the Standard: Average is not our goal. We pursue excellence in our craftsmanship, communication, service, and leadership. We challenge ourselves to become better than we were yesterday. Meet Our Founder:
Matt Colucci — Founder & CEO of Elevate Roofing Pros
Most people know me today as the Founder and CEO of Elevate Roofing Pros — but my journey started long before roofing. For most of my career, I worked in athletic performance and leadership development. I spent years working alongside elite athletes, coaches, and high-performing teams, studying what separates good from great and how high standards translate into consistent results. That experience shaped how I view business, leadership, and life. It taught me that the quality of any organization is ultimately a reflection of the people inside it. The companies that win long-term aren't the loudest or the cheapest — they're the ones with the strongest standards, the strongest character, and the discipline to do the right thing consistently. Excellence isn't accidental. It's built through discipline, accountability, and doing the right thing — even when nobody is watching. When I entered the roofing industry, I saw something that genuinely bothered me. Too many homeowners had stories of broken promises, poor communication, and contractors who disappeared the moment something went wrong. It wasn't a roofing problem. It was a people problem. I started Elevate Roofing Pros because I believed Arizona homeowners deserved a different kind of contractor — one built on honesty, accountability, craftsmanship, and care. I didn't start Elevate to be the biggest. I didn't start it to be the cheapest. I started it to build the most trusted roofing company in Arizona. We are not in the roofing business. We are in the people business. Roofing is simply the vehicle. Everything we do — how we hire, how we train, how we communicate, how we install, and how we follow up — flows from that belief. When you raise the standard of the people inside a company, you automatically raise the standard of the experience customers receive. My commitment to every homeowner, every team member, and every community we serve is simple:
We will honor our word. We will pursue growth. And we will continue to raise the standard of what a roofing company should be.
