The Seeds Project was created to highlight the many variations of what fatherhood looks like in Black and Brown communities.

Through every story shared, we were reminded that fatherhood is not defined by one experience. It is shown through love, sacrifice, guidance, presence, resilience, and commitment.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, father figures, mentors, grandfathers, and community leaders who continue planting seeds that will impact generations to come.

Special shoutout to the founder, Umberto | Editorial Storyteller , for creating a platform that honors and amplifies these important stories.

One of the biggest anchors to a successful project?
Time management. Period.

Here’s what actually works for me 👇🏽

1️⃣ Prioritize your day
I use a simple ranking system: 1, 2, 3.
Handle the top three in order before anything else.

2️⃣ Eliminate distractions
If it’s not moving the project forward, it’s stealing your time.
Protect your focus like it’s part of the job (because it is).

3️⃣ Get comfortable saying no
Not everything deserves access to you.
If it’s not aligned with the goal, it’s a no without guilt.

Consistency beats chaos every time.
