Pricing isn’t just a number. It’s the difference between a business that works…and one that quietly drains you.

On April 9th, we’re tackling one of the biggest challenges I see with women business owners:

👉 Pricing that doesn’t actually support the business.

This is the next step after defining your offer — because if your pricing is off, everything else feels harder than it should.

Next Meeting: Pricing for Profit

📅 Thursday, April 9
🕑 2:00 – 4:00 PM
📍 36600 N Pima Rd, Suite 206, Carefree, AZ

We’ll cover:

• Why most women underprice (and how to stop)
• Moving from hourly thinking → value-based pricing
• How to price for profit, sustainability, and growth
• Aligning pricing with your offer structure and delivery model
• Simple frameworks you can apply immediately

This will be practical, direct, and highly actionable.

Come with your core offer drafted — and remember, your offer is not just what you do…it’s the problem you solve and the outcome you deliver. We’ll build your pricing from there.

Because more clients won’t fix broken pricing…but the right pricing can change everything.

Most women I work with don’t think they’re burned out.

They think they’re just:

• Busy
• Stretched
• In a demanding season

But here’s what I see instead:

They’re still performing.
Still delivering.
Still the one everyone relies on.

And quietly… running on empty.

That’s the trap.

It doesn’t look like burnout — which is exactly why it goes unnoticed for so long.

This is more common than most women realize.

I wrote a deeper breakdown of this pattern (and how to interrupt it before it costs more):

If this hits a little too close to home… it’s worth paying attention.

Today is International Women’s Day.

A day to celebrate the achievements, leadership, and contributions of women around the world.

But it’s also a moment to acknowledge something I see often in the women I work with — entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals who carry enormous responsibility while quietly pushing themselves to keep going.

Many high-performing women are incredibly capable.

They show up.
They solve problems.
They carry more than most people realize.

And often they do it while questioning whether they’re doing enough.

One of the things I care deeply about in my work is helping women build success that is sustainable, not just impressive from the outside.

Businesses that support their lives.
Leadership that leaves room for recovery.
Ambition that doesn’t require constant self-sacrifice.

Today I’m celebrating the women who lead, build, create, and support others — often while carrying more than anyone sees.

Your work matters.
Your voice matters.
And your well-being matters too.

Happy International Women’s Day.

One of the biggest challenges I see with women solopreneurs is this:

Your income depends on the next client, the next launch, or the next good month.

That’s exhausting.

And it’s also unnecessary.

In my newest blog, I break down one of the most important shifts a business owner can make — moving from unpredictable revenue to predictable income.

When you design your business intentionally, you stop living in constant hustle mode and start operating like a CEO.

Inside the article, I share:

• Why inconsistent revenue keeps solopreneurs stuck in survival mode
• The most common income mistakes I see women entrepreneurs make
• Practical ways to begin building predictable income streams

This concept is also a key pillar of my Confident CEO Series, where we focus on helping women move from chaos to clarity in their businesses.

Because building a business shouldn’t feel like a monthly financial roller coaster.

You deserve stability, strategy, and confidence in your revenue.

This was a nice surprise to wake up to.

I was recently included by Influence Digest as one of the Top Coaches in Phoenix for 2026, alongside other professionals doing meaningful work in our community.

Grateful for the work I get to do — and for the women business owners and leaders who trust me to support them.

Built on resilience and personal drive, Phoenix attracts people ready to rethink their direction and aim higher. Here’s our curated list of Top coaches in Phoenix in 2026 to watch this year.

Most teams don’t struggle because they lack talent.

They struggle because they don’t feel safe having real conversations.

Earlier this month, I facilitated a Team Connection & Culture workshop where something powerful happened: people spoke honestly, listened deeply, and realized they weren’t alone in what they were experiencing.

No fluff.

No motivational speeches.

Just real dialogue — and real clarity leaders can actually act on.

I wrote a new blog about what makes those conversations work, why psychological safety matters more than most leaders realize, and how real change actually happens on teams.

If you’re leading a team (or part of one) and feel like things are “fine”… but not quite right — this might resonate.

This week I facilitated an in-person culture and connection workshop for a fully remote team.

What struck me (again) is this: Culture doesn’t shift through memos, Slack messages, or good intentions alone.

It shifts when:
• Leaders are willing to listen
• Teams feel safe enough to speak honestly
• Conversations move from “what’s not working” to “how we want to show up”

The room was engaged. There was laughter. There were real conversations. And by the end of the day, the team had clearly articulated commitments they could actually act on.

Especially in remote organizations, face-to-face time isn’t a luxury — it’s leverage.

When done well, it creates clarity, trust, and momentum that no Zoom call can replicate.

This is the work I love most: helping leaders and teams reconnect to purpose, expectations, and each other.

✨ Coming in January: The Confident CEO — From Chaos to Clarity ✨

As we head into a new year, I’m introducing a new focus in my work with women business owners:

The Confident CEO: From Chaos to Clarity

This series is designed for women entrepreneurs who are:

• Feeling stretched thin or overwhelmed
• Juggling a business that’s grown faster than their systems
• Ready to lead with more clarity, confidence, and intention

Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing practical strategies to help you:

✔ Clarify your vision and priorities
✔ Simplify what’s no longer serving you
✔ Strengthen your confidence as the CEO of your business
✔ Build sustainable habits and systems—without burnout

This work is grounded in real-world leadership experience and practical tools—not hustle culture or one-size-fits-all advice.

I’ll be previewing this framework live inside my Accelerate Your Business Success community starting in January, and I’m excited to see how it supports women business owners in creating businesses that truly work for them.

If you’re craving clarity, calm, and forward momentum in the new year, stay tuned. More to come.

Joy In Your Business: Why Feeling Good Fuels Your Success

If your business has been feeling a little heavy lately… you’re not alone. So many women entrepreneurs push through burnout, overwhelm, and endless to-do lists — forgetting that joy isn’t a luxury. It’s fuel.

When work feels good, you create differently.

You connect differently.

You show up as the version of yourself that takes bold steps instead of hesitant ones.

In my newest blog, I’m sharing why joy matters more than we think — and how bringing even a little more joy into your business can change everything.

Read the full post here: https://cherylarcher.com/blog/joy-in-your-business/

If it resonates, I’d love to hear your biggest takeaway in the comments. Let’s bring more joy back into how we work, lead, and grow.

Feeling drained in your business? Learn simple ways to rediscover joy, boost creativity, and show up with more energy as a woman entrepreneur.

🌟 Work ON your business — not just IN it. 🌟

As women entrepreneurs, it’s easy to get caught in the cycle of doing all the things — client work, admin tasks, follow-ups, social posts, rinse and repeat.

But real growth happens when you pause long enough to zoom out and focus on the big picture.

Try this: block just 2 hours of “CEO Strategy Time” each week.

Treat it like a client appointment — no rescheduling, no multitasking.

Use that time to:

• Map your client journey (how do people find you → work with you → rave about you?)
• Create one new tool or resource that makes your clients’ lives easier
• Refine your systems or onboarding so things flow effortlessly
• Write a post or email that shares your insights and attracts your ideal clients

Small, consistent strategy sessions create massive momentum over time.

Protect that time fiercely — your future self (and your business) will thank you. 💪

And if you’re ready to put this into action, join us for this month’s Accelerate Your Business Success meeting, where we’ll be writing your One-Page Strategy for 2026 — your roadmap to clarity, focus, and results.
