Spotlight on Bex Team Member Ashleigh Bechtel! Ashleigh spends a lot of time at her cabin in Pine, Arizona to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Phoenix. On her bucket list is to visit all 7 continents. Oceania and Antarctica are still remaining on her list. Anyone up for a trip?

After she made a big mistake at work when she was fresh out of college came the best advice Ashleigh has received. Rather than reprimanding her, her boss said, “I’m glad you’re crying; it means you care.” It taught Ashleigh to have passion for her work and compassion for people. Thank you, .
