One of my friends crossed the bridge yesterday. She had a long life filled with love, excitement and adventure. Momo here was a traveling, camping all around renaissance kinda gal. Always a loyal companion no matter the circumstances. She is perfect in every way.
I received the honor of knowing this sweet girl only two years out of her life. In that time she managed to squeeze herself a space in my heart. How you can fall so hard so fast for a creature that does not belong to you is possible. Just because she wasn’t mine on paper she was my friend in body and spirit. A friend I’ll miss every time I visit her sisters. But I’ll remember those last couple times we saw each other and just how happy she was to see me. Her Nanny.
Those are memories you can’t buy. Those are the memories you cherish. Thank you Mo for letting me love you. Never forgotten, always loved, wait for us on the other side of the bridge sweetness.
