The Secret Sauce Society is a professional, membership-driven organization for like-minded leaders who really Give A Sh*t (or have what we call G.A.S.) and want to make more of a difference in how they lead, touch more lives in profound and meaningful ways and in so doing leave a beautiful, lasting legacy. Now GAS is not something you can learn, teach, train, take a class in or even read a book ab
out. While we all have some level of GAS baked into us... some, admittedly have much more than others. A special few, however, care so much they are not just about the bottom line but also about how they deliver on that bottom line by who they are, how they behave, the human lives they touch and the positive, more empowering experiences they create. At the end of life, we reflect not upon the things we have acquired, the accolades we have achieved, the money and power we accumulated but the relationships we had, the beautiful memories we shared, the love, laughter and joy we together experienced and whether or not we have had a life well lived. These people are more commonly referred to as servant leaders. The Secret Sauce Society therefore is that place where servant leaders, people (with GAS) gather, learn, and grow. We therefore, provide support, host events, and facilitate monthly mastermind groups for members and guests seeking to nurture and develop this mindset and behavior within themselves and throughout their organizations. In sum, our goal is to instill a better, more sustainable way of living, leading, doing business, and scaling profit for the greater good. The Secret Sauce Society hosts peer to peer advisory groups for like-minded people (sharing the same values) with a focus on leadership development and best practices. Our memberships are designed to promote interactive, transformational learning regardless of what stage you are at in your journey while also connecting you to the resources and people who will help you be your best. So, here is how it all shakes down...we meet once a month. There will of course be drinks, smiles, laughter, and incredible food but that is not why our members keep coming back month after month and year after year. They show up to do one thing and one thing only...To positively impact the life of someone else in the room. To us, this is the Secret Sauce...when we develop new, more meaningful relationships based on service. Whether it's offering time to help solve a problem, facilitate an introduction, or simply opening a door for their loved one in need, Secret Sauce Society members are dedicated to helping others. And we do it without expecting anything in return. Now here is the best part… the actual “secret sauce”… relationships that form out of selfless service not only are more authentic but, the business exchange that is ultimately conducted through our group, over time not only feels better, it is more trusted and frankly there is More Of It! We are so proud of the countless collection of both the beautifully human and business success stories that have come out of our unique gatherings.
