Simple meal partly from my garden: organic pink lady apples from a store, basil, chopped whole lemon, rosemary, and parsley from my garden, sweetened with stevia powder and lemon diluted with RO water.

Eating organic, fresh fruits and veggies is part of any wellness protocol, and health is one of the most important things that any of us can strive for.

Homegrown is freshest, there is more variety available if including a garden, and because of the rising cost of groceries, I grow some of my own food.

SOME people (whether in poverty or with financial stability) will put in the work to do what it takes to heal, but most won't. My own poverty is a good part of what led to both my health problems and my drive to find solutions outside of the healthcare system. NEED can do that!

But I've also noticed that those with money have a tendency to rely upon others to fix them (usually with quick fixes that they can afford to pay for) instead of studying their own bodies and the literature or experimenting with sufficient determination the suggestions from knowledgeable helpers.

Therefore, I'm not certain that it's those with more money who make better customers, but if there are few willing to do the work, it makes sense to make more per customer so that we are not spinning our wheels and burning out as consultants. Results satisfy both parties!
