We are group of Arizona-based organizers, cultural workers, and equity consultants who all work at the intersection of grassroots organizing and institutional change. After working together for the past 14 months facilitating workshops on racial justice, systems change, institutional organizing, and allyship, we created our consulting group. InSite derives its name from our core values of insight
(knowledge) and in-site (place). We work to make visible the knowledge and skills of those communities most impacted by disparity. We believe that one can only understand equity if one understands the cultural and economic histories of the geography and location.
