Hey everybody, I NEED YOUR HELP! I am trying to branch out into the world of social media to help grow my business and get the word out there about sugaring hair removal method as being an organic alternative to painful hot wax. As most of you already know I proudly opened The Sugar Spa in May 2010 wanting only to offer the very best in organic skin care and hair removal without ridiculously high prices making it near impossible to maintain and afford these services on a monthly basis...not to mention the recession!! Not a great time for my industry...but a great time for me to stand out as a knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated esthetician. I absolutely love my job and my clients! As some of you know just after one year in business I was diagnosed with radial nerve palsy (I simply woke up one morning completely paralyzed in my right hand) in June of 2011 and due to the many weeks of exhaustive and difficult physical therapy needed, I was gone for almost 9 months from my new business. Upon returning to work I was understandably slow and weak and I discovered I had lost nearly 80% of the business I had been building since 2005. I was devastated, I was defeated...but I prevailed! My right hand is now stronger than it originally was and I am not just an expert in traditional sugaring but I am proud to say I am now teaching my own classes!! I just really need some help getting out my sugaring message to Arizona. I'm fairly new to all this (I know, embarrassing and but it's time for me to step into 2013 and out of the world of pencil and paper) I truly welcome and would appreciate any advice, support or even comments you may have for me...
