I was born and raised in Panama. I moved to the US in 1997 to go to college. My family and I now live in Phoenix, AZ. I am a Chemical Engineer who tapped into her passion for helping other busy moms and women learn the value of daily self care through proper nutrition, fitness and personal development. I do this as an online fitness and nutrition coach and fitness professional. My journey started

in 2007 when I had to lose 75 lbs post-partum. I worked out at home and learned to eat healthy. Eighteen months later, I had lost the weight.
