You can’t run from this. Drowning in debt because you’re trying to wear 20 hats. Fees your 1099s, meanwhile hoping they get more clients to feed you your 40% split on the margin.

Meanwhile the cage rental just canceled and never paid. Nobody wants to come to your facility to buy the membership because it’s low quality offer and just a random cage rental. Maybe you tired to get cute and combine some lesson packs, but we both know that sh** is unpredictable as hell.

You’re running from the problem. You can’t hire out of this mess. You need an entirely new model, new system, and new skills. Otherwise you will burnout in no time.

Your coaching buddies will lie to you. Your athletes will sometimes make you feel like your prices are steep. Your mind will play games on you and make you feel bad for wanting a better business - better life for you, your team and your family.

I’m here to tell you the truth.

You have no time. Every day you prioritize what doesn’t matter in your business is another day you lose. Every day you try to “wing it yourself” is another day you lose. Eventually you will run out of days. Or burn out and give up.

This is a business game. You don’t get a trophy at the end for being broke but “a good coach”

You actually get bent over with no l**e, no retirement and a wife at home who hates how much you work for how little return you get. Kids at home that can’t understand why daddy is never home.

I know cause I’ve been there.

Being a good coach is step 1. But it doesn’t make you wealthy. I can tell you from experience. The only coaches who say “it’s not about the money” are broke. They are saying that because they are coping with being broke. They have no idea what it feels like to be wealthy. So of course they will act like it’s not about the money.
