How to Build Adaptability & Manage Change: Recognizing the emotional impact of change on employees is crucial for leaders. Change can be situational, disrupting expectations and requiring letting go. Transitional change is psychological, involving grieving and processing emotions to move forward. Change can be challenging due to various perceived risks. To make a desired change, identify risks and action steps, be open-minded, ask questions and model the way forward.
