I haven’t escaped the rat race yet…but I’m still on the journey.

25 years ago, one book (other than the Bible) changed the path of my life.

“Rich Dad, Poor Dad.”

Read it in two days.

Took twelve pages of notes on a yellow legal pad.

I was blown away.

Seduced...

Transformed by the ideas.

This past year I’ve had the privilege of meeting Robert Kiyosaki at least three times at the BotBuilders office.

Today I finally took a photo with him.

It’s hard to put into words what that book did for me, and the lessons that kept unfolding in the years since.

Still on the journey... financial freedom isn’t just a finish line you cross one day.

It’s a way of thinking you adopt, and a legacy you pass to your kids.

Grateful for the ideas.

Grateful for the exposure.

Grateful to still be walking it out.

Quick story from a call this week...

I was talking with a sales guy who's ahead of most of his company with using AI.

But all-in-all... his week is exactly as long as it was last year.

He uses Gemini or ChatGPT to find prospects. But then the Salesforce data entry slows him down.

I tried to explain to him, he needs "agentic" AI. Not just chat.

Basic AI compresses one step but leaves every step around it untouched.

So the constraint doesn't disappear. It moves, usually into data entry or the gap between two systems that were never built to talk.

This issue stays invisible because we measure the wrong thing.

Teams evaluate output quality.

Nobody times the workflow.

I didn’t set out to build ten AI agents.

I just kept getting annoyed.

Annoyed at opening my calendar every morning.

Annoyed at googling people before calls. Annoyed at rewatching meeting recordings to find one quote.

Annoyed at my inbox three times a day.

Ten annoyances later, six agents run daily and four run weekly, and I trigger none of them.

I came across a post recently that stopped me mid-scroll.
