As 2023 winds down, I wanted to take a chance to recap my first year in business. As many of you know (or may not know), this was my first year operating my own consulting firm after having worked in a variety of campaign-and-political roles over the past five years.
I’ve always been fascinated by politics, but never imagined it would end up being a career for me. I can say that choosing to work in politics has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else. I am very fortunate to have had the chance to work with and learn from, in my opinion, some of the best political minds in Southeastern PA, and call them my friends and colleagues. Without their instruction, guidance, and support, I wouldn’t have been able to start my own firm, and I would not have made it this far in politics.
When I started my own firm, I wasn’t sure how it would go, or if I would succeed (I did.) One of the goals that I set was mailing (printing the letter/other materials & folding them, stuffing them in the envelope & labeling/sealing it, & running them through a postage machine) 5,000 letters. I thought this was an ambitious goal and I wouldn’t meet it, but I am happy to say that, much like my other goals, I was able to meet this goal 5 times over and then some.
The 2024 Election is already underway, and PA’s Primary is only 115 days away. PA has a closed Primary, meaning you must be registered with one of the major parties (Republican or Democrat) to vote in the Primary. If you are not registered with one of the major parties, but are tired of feeling that you have no real choice in the General Election, I encourage you to update your registration and vote on April 23rd. You can find out more on how to update your registration on the “Election Information” page of my website.
In closing, thank you to everyone who has supported, guided, advised, helped, encouraged, and empowered me. I would not be where I am without you. I am very excited to see where this road leads and am ready for the challenges that lie ahead.
Also…I don’t really have any pictures of me at work, so enjoy some pictures of my office & the largest mail jobs.
