FastPro Restoration is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing restoration and reconstruction division.

This is a hands-on position with real ownership. You'll manage projects from assignment through final completion, oversee budgets and schedules, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the reconstruction process.

What You'll Do:
✅ Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
✅ Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials
✅ Review insurance scopes and identify discrepancies
✅ Submit supplements and change orders
✅ Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews
✅ Guide homeowners through the reconstruction process

What We're Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of residential construction or restoration project management experience
✔ Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills
✔ Ability to read and interpret insurance estimates
✔ Experience using construction management software and CRM systems
✔ Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience:
⭐ Insurance restoration industry experience
⭐ Xactimate proficiency
⭐ Successful supplement writing experience
