Congratulations to Larry Zich on his promotion to Senior Construction Manager!

Larry joined GenPro in 2020 as a Heavy Equipment Operator and has continued to take on new challenges ever since, serving as Mechanical Lead, Site Lead, Construction Supervisor, and Construction Manager.

He has also helped build GenPro’s first dedicated mechanical crew and played an important role in growing our in-house civil construction capabilities. Today, Larry helps provide leadership across our Civil, Pile Installation, and Mechanical Operations.

Big congratulations to Cody Anderson on his promotion to Senior Construction Manager!

Cody has been part of GenPro since 2011, when he joined us as an Apprentice Electrician while still in high school. Since then, he has become a Journeyman Electrician and served in roles including Construction Supervisor and Project Manager.

Now he’s bringing all of that experience back to Field Operations, where he’ll help lead our Electrical Operations.

From apprentice to senior leader, it has been pretty incredible to watch Cody grow with GenPro over the past 15 years.

Congratulations, Cody! We’re excited for this next chapter.
