We recently had the opportunity to visit with and do a final photo shoot at one of our completed projects on Shamineau Lake in Morrison County. The cabin has a mountain modern design style which features a slab foundation, 1665 sf main level living space including a master bunk room with cozy sun room, 2 washrooms, a mud room, entry and laundry, 436 sf garage, open lodge room, eatery and kitchen. There is an additional 1188 sf of living space on the upper level including 2 additional bunk rooms, wash room and tv/game room with balcony deck overlooking Shamineau Lake. This design was a challenge because of the small building envelope due to a bluff behind the structure which limited how deep the building could be.
