Bymyself x DPMMS 🐺👨🏽💼🤝🏾
Our youth are the hope of the future and that is something we acknowledge as a unit. Today, Team Bymyself had the opportunity to visit Deer Park Middle Magnet School alma mater. This is an institution located in Owings Mills that is dedicated to providing a nurturing and challenging school environment for young men and women.
We were able to have an engaging session with these bright young students and share knowledge with them around topics such as Entrepreneurship, How To Start A Clothing Line, & The Importance of a college education. We shared with them the importance of taking their school work seriously now as it can have amazing benefits for them in the future, one being going to college for FREE!
The crazy thing about inspiration is that it works both ways. These are very bright students and have dreams / aspirations that they will achieve in the future. Today, we hope that we inspired them to know that we were once in their shoes and anything that they want to achieve in life just comes with hard work, dedication, and focus!
In conclusion all it takes is 1 encounter to spark a change in someone’s life for the better. Thank you Deer Park Middle Magnet School for the opportunity, we will most definitely be seeing you all again soon. 🐺🤞🏾🖤
